Abstract

Papers published in this volume are from the 2026 4^th International Conference on Real Estate, Population and Green Urbanism (REPGU 2026) held during January 10-11, 2026 in Sydney, Australia. This conference aims to bring together researchers, scientists, experts, and scholar students to exchange and share their experiences about all aspects of real estate, population and anthropology, social science, sustainable development, area studies, and urban planning, and discuss the practical challenges encountered and the solutions adopted.

The vision of REPGU 2026 is to faster communication among researchers and practitioners working in a wide variety of areas with a common interest. Manuscripts were reviewed by qualified experts in the fields selected by the conference committee. The committees invested great efforts in reviewing the papers submitted to the conference and organizing the sessions to enable the participants to gain maximum benefit.
